Wayne Herron currently serves as vice president of philanthropy for the Glendale Memorial Health Foundation at Dignity Health. Throughout his career, Mr. Herron has worked in fundraising for education and health care initiatives, with a focus on working with principal, major, and planned-giving donors.

Mr. Herron is a member of a number of professional organizations including the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education, the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning, and the Association of Fundraising Professionals, where he serves on the board of directors for the Greater Los Angeles Chapter, and as a vice president for philanthropy and volunteers. 

Mr. Herron was named graduate of the year in 1988 when he earned his bachelor’s degree from New Hope Christian College in Eugene, Oregon. He went on to receive a master’s degree in divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena.
