Beverly Grova is the vice president of philanthropy for Dominican Hospital Foundation. In this role, Ms. Grova is responsible for the overall operations and impact of Dominican Hospital Foundation.

Before joining the Dignity Health system, Ms. Grova served as the vice president of advancement at Hartnell College.  Previously, she held fundraising positions at the National Steinbeck Center, and California State University at Monterey Bay. She served as executive director of the Cabrillo College Foundation  and the Cultural Council of Santa Cruz County. Her work in philanthropy also includes consulting for the Rebele Family Homeless Services Center, Hospice of Santa Cruz, and the David & Lucile Packard Foundation.

Ms. Grova has a master’s degree in education from Rutgers University and a B. A. in art and anthropology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
