Kevin DugganKevin Duggan is President and CEO of Mercy Foundation, Vice President of Philanthropy of Woodland Healthcare Foundation, and Vice President of Philanthropy for Dignity Health in the Greater Sacramento Service Area.

Mr. Duggan oversees the philanthropic efforts of five Dignity Health hospitals in the Sacramento area and engages community support for the Sisters of Mercy ministries in Sacramento, which educate the underserved, house the homeless, and care for the poor and elderly.

Prior to joining Mercy Foundation in 2008, Mr. Duggan was Executive Director of the Society for the Blind. He has also served as Chief Advancement Officer for the Medical Investigation of Neurodevelopmental Disorders Institute (M.I.N.D.) at the University of California, Davis Medical Center.

Mr. Duggan received both his undergraduate degree and Master’s degree in business administration from the University of California, Davis. He lives in Sacramento with his wife and two sons.
