Charles GuidaCharlie Guida is president of the St. Rose Dominican Health Foundation, and vice president, philanthropy for the NV service area. Prior to joining the St. Rose Dominican Health Foundation, Mr. Guida served as chief philanthropy officer at Hasbro Children’s Hospital (HCH), the pediatric division of Rhode Island Hospital.  While at HCH, he conducted the largest-ever Children’s Miracle Network Radio-thon in the United States, raising $1.4 million for pediatric health.

Mr. Guida also served as the director of community hospital fundraising, and later as director of corporate and foundation fundraising at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and Health System. There, he helped the university reach its $100 million goal for new research funding.    

Previously, Mr. Guida held senior fundraising positions at Clark University and Villanova University, where he began his fundraising career. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and a master’s degree in business administration from Villanova University.   

A native of New Jersey, he lives with his wife and their five children in Henderson, NV.
